By submitting the game to the festival, you warrant that you have all copyrights to all elements of the game, including codes, images, text, sounds, music and others. If you do not have any rights to any element, the game cannot be submitted. And if the festival receives any kind of lawsuit for breach of copyright on account of your game, the responsibility will be yours. Check the Festival Rules for more details.
