We can divide the question into three parts:
1. Responsibility of whoever submits the game: the person responsible for the game must have the power to submit the game to the festival, in other words, he or she must be the owner of the game or be duly authorized to represent the owner of the game.
2. Game copyrights: the game must not infringe any intellectual property of any kind. See the Competitor's Guarantees section in the Festival Rules.
3. Game use by BIG Festival: By submitting the game to the festival, you give us the right to make the game available for participants to play it both at the main event and at other events where BIG Festival is present. See the Selected Games section in the Festival Rules.
